Drug ambassador (Jessica Alba) character is telling Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) that he must promote a male erectile dysfunction drug "Sustengo". Finding himself strapped for cash, Greg Focker (Ben Stiller) has started moonlighting for a drug company, behind the backs of his family.
But, with a trailerload of the drug in his home, and an ever-suspicious father-in-law, inevitably Greg Focker stash is discovered by Jack, who questions him about the drug.
